I wanted both the villain and the sidekick to have similar outfits but designed in a way that suited there physicality, i.e the sidekick being strong has ripped shoulders on his top.

Character Design Tutorial: Setting the Scene

This week was the last character workshop before our crit and to finish things off we looked at settings for characters. In this exercise we were given a a setting, mine was a primitive city. I decided to go with a tribal bamboo hut approach but stretch it out and have external manual lifts scaling the sides of the buildings.

So I'm still having a few technical difficulties with several files in premiere pro but I figured something is better than nothing for now. I made a two separate clips from our pre-viz just to get an idea of how it looks so far.
