Style influence

So one of the things my paintings all have in common is a lack style and at first I wasn't too sure about how to approach this. However when I gave it some more thought and did some more painting I realised that in a way the style of the Wizard of Oz film we watched only last week has started creeping into my paintings. In this sense I mean mostly the colours, the film uses vivid and dream-like colours which in relation to the NeverEnding Story, is pretty ideal.
