Research: Derelict buildings

For my set idea I'm looking at applying some of the skills employed by Edward Hopper like lighting, perspective, etc. ideally to somewhere that is run down and unused such as old factories and warehouses. I think these styles would be rather fitting to somewhere that has been outcast by a more modern society and already has an uncomfortable atmosphere because it can really up the scene by making it something really unusual and unsettling. Here are some examples of what I've found so far:
